Important info on Connecting Rods

The rods that come stock on Import motors are good for the power levels for which they were designed. BUT, If your combination makes more than 30 HP you should consider replacing the stock connecting rod. AND, If you make more than 50 HP, after market rods ARE A MUST! (Manley, Probe). LASTLY, any motor making 100 HP over stock with Nitrous, Turbo or Supercharger REQUIRES Billet Rods (Pauter).
