Placing an order with us is easy. There's no need to create an account first. We accept orders online, by phone and by fax.

Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for UPS Ground Shipping (no Sat. delivery). Should any questions arise with your online order, we will contact you by email at the address you used to place your order.

Ordering Online

How do I order online using your shopping cart?
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order online. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact our Web Design Dept.

  1. Find the Item You Want
  2. Click on Cart Icon to add the Item to Your Shopping Cart
    (if you want to add another item, click "continue shopping" link at bottom of page)
  3. Click button "Next-Step 2" to Proceed to Checkout
  4. Fill out your Billing, Shipping and Payment Information
  5. Click button "Next-Step 3" to review your order
  6. Review your order and if it's correct, Submit your order
  7. You will receive your order # and confirmation on your screen, as well as a copy of your order and important information at the email address you used.

How do I place an order by fax?
Please include the following when ordering by fax:
- Complete Name
- Telephone #
- Part #(s)
- Qty
- Sizes (if applicable)
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Method of Shipping (ground, 3-day, 2-day or overnight)
- Credit Card #, exp. date, Cvv #
- Your Signature

Ordering By Mail

Can I place an order by Mail?
We accept orders via US Mail. You must contact our Sales Dept. first to get a grand total for your order (including shipping), before you mail us your order and payment.
Please include the following when ordering by mail:
- Complete Name
- Telephone #
- Part #(s)
- Qty
- Sizes (if applicable)
- Total quoted by Sales Dept for Order Total and Shipping
- Sales staff name who quoted you.

Can I still pay by Credit Card if I am ordering by mail?
Yes, please make sure to also include the following if paying by CC:
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Method of Shipping (ground, 3-day, 2-day or overnight)
- Credit Card #, exp. date, Cvv #
- Your Signature

Can I pay by Check or Money Order?
Yes, please refer to our Payments section.

Back Orders

What happens if an item is on back order?
Occasionally a backorder will occur, even with our large inventory.
If we find that an item is on back order with no ETA, then we will cancel your order and notify you to let you know. If the item is on back order with a wait time, we will notify you before proceeding with your order.

We also make every effort to cross-reference the back ordered item to a comparable manufacturer's line so that you can still receive the part you need. If we find a part that is comparable, we will notify you before proceeding with the order. If cross-referencing is not an option and you have to wait for a part, we will leave the option up to you if you want to cancel your order or wait for the item.

Can I still order an item if it is on Back Order?
Yes, we can back order most items for you if we are currently out of stock but expecting another shipment.

How long do you keep back orders open for?
Active backorders are kept open for a maximum of 45 days. If we haven't received the item from the manufacturer after this time, the backorder will be cancelled and we will contact you, at which time you may re-order or substitute a similar item. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your entire order, every time.

Do you have a Catalog you can send me?
Unfortunately, we do not have any mail-order catalogs. We have over 100,000+ parts available online with new parts added daily to our sites. Any print catalog we designed would be outdated immediately! We use our Web Sites as our catalogs and update them daily. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us!

What if I'm not sure exactly what I need, or what the best part would be?
We have a very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful technical staff who are very happy to talk with you about any questions you may have, so please contact our Tech Dept. with your questions.

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
If there is something you want and you can't find it, please give us a call at (603) 378-0090 and ask for Sales or fill out our Can't Find A Part online form.  

I have a tech question before I order, can you help me?
We have a very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful technical staff who are very happy to try and assist you with your tech question, if they can't answer it they will direct you to the manufacturer for additional assistance. Please contact our Tech Dept. with your questions.


Using the Shopping Cart

How do I order Online?
Ordering is very simple! You will find the following shopping cart icon (see below), next to our part #'s throughout our site. Simply fill in the qty you need where it says "1", and click on the cart icon. The part # and qty will be added to your shopping cart.

What if there isn't a shopping cart icon next to the part I need to order?
For some parts such as Piston & Rod Combo's or HP Engine Kits, you won't be able to order online because we require additional information from you. For parts without a cart icon, please call our Sales Dept at (603) 378-0090 to place your order. 

I have a question about using the shopping cart. Who do I contact?

Problems with Shopping Cart

How can I order if your shopping cart isn't working?
If you ever have a problem adding an item to our shopping cart, you can always use our alternate online secure order form. Please also contact our Web Design Dept. and let them know what you are having trouble with (please include the Part #). You can also order by calling our Sales Dept at 603.378.0090.

I clicked on the shopping cart icon next to an item but a different item/price showed up in my cart!

Shopping Cart Security

I don't see the lock in my task bar or an https in the URL when I add items to my shopping cart. Is your site secure?
We use a very secure shopping cart system called Cart32. Because we use a frameset site, you need to read the URL of the shopping cart frame in order to see the https and view the padlock.
