Flatlander Racing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, and your order has been canceled, Flatlander Racing shall immediately issue a credit to you in the amount of the incorrect price. CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY Flatlander Racing in its attempt to help with Technical information uses its best educated judgment.  In cases of compression, the customer or his mechanic shop must check for the proper parts supplied.  Failure to do so will in no way make Flatlander Racing responsible for pistons that have been installed.  In any case where an assembly has been balanced, Flatlander will only be responsible up to the cost of $100. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFO Please remember here at Flatlander Racing, your personal information is secure. When you place an order whether it be Online, US Mail, Fax, or via Telephone, we will never use your information for anything other than your purchase, nor will we release the information to any outside sources under any circumstances. Your information is safe with us. We also use a secure online ordering form. You can click on on the image located on the top right hand side of the order form to verify this. PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Make sure to enter your complete account number and expiration date. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Your credit card will be authorized upon processing you order, and will be billed prior to shipment. We also accept Money Orders, Certified Bank Cheques, and personal checks(please make our all checks to "Flatlander Racing"). ORDERING ONLINE Flatlander Racing (Import Performance Parts), accepts Online Orders. Please allow 7-9 working days for your online order to be processed and shipped out to you. ORDERING BY MAIL We accept orders via US Mail. You will need to visit the Flatlander Racing Mail Order Form and print a copy to send in to us. Please remember you will need the total amount including UPS shipping charges before you can use this method. If you send us your Credit Card Number, we will contact you before applying any charges to your Credit Card. Our Fax Number is (603) 382-7508. BACK ORDERS Occasionally a backorder will occur, even with our large inventory. In situations like this, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. If cross-referencing is not an option, and you have to wait for a part, we will leave the option up to you if you want a refund. Note: Due to variations in manufacturers shipping times, active backorders are kept open for a maximum of 45 days. If we haven't received the item from the manufacturer after this time, the backorder will be cancelled and we will call you, at which time you may re-order or substitute a similar item. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your entire order, every time. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Due to the increased amount of security issues with countries outside the United States and Canada, as of August 20, 2025 Flatlander Racing will only accept payment for orders outside the U.S. and Canada via Money Order or Certified Bank Check. No Credit Card payments will be accepted outside of these countries. Please contact us via email to place your international order.  SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS Special or custom orders CANNOT be returned. All items not in stock and/or are created unique for the customer are considered to be special orders.  Custom Piston orders CANNOT be cancelled once they have been started in production under any circumstances! Custom Motors are non-refundable for any reason. Time to build custom motors will vary depending on type of motor and any complications that may arise (motors taking 4-6 months to complete are not uncommon). Customer assumes all costs and expenses for any legal action taken by said person. MONEY ORDERS, CERTIFIED OR PERSONAL CHECKS If you phone or mail your order and use a money order, bank check or certified check for payment, your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send cash. If you send a personal check to us, we will hold your order for 10 days until it has cleared the bank. Your item will then be shipped. Flatlander Racing cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.  IMPORTANT!!!  Please make out all Checks/Money Orders to "Flatlander Racing" We will charge a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. SHIPPING All items are shipped via UPS Ground in the continental USA.  A delivery area surcharge of $2 is applied to each ground package delivered to residences in certain outlying less populated zip codes. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico Orders to these areas must be sent next day or 2nd-Day UPS. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All International shipments will be made via US Postal Service Air.  Insurance will be included with ALL orders - no exceptions.   A processing charge of $25 will be added to OVERSEAS ORDERS.  Shipping to Canada will have a processing fee of $10.00 added.  If you have any questions in regard to these policies, please call us at (603) 378-0090, and we will be happy to assist you. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN When making a return, please follow the Returns Policy  below to make this process  as efficient  as possible for you as well as for us. Return Policy *** DO NOT RETURN ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST *** If an error was made by you, the customer, a 15% restocking fee will be imposed upon the cost of the item in question. If an error was made by Flatlander Racing, no restocking fee will be imposed. The return/exchange must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Upon receipt of the item, Flatlander will reimburse the customer for shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original packaging or they will not be accepted. All returns must be sent prepaid- no collect shipments will be accepted under any circumstances. We suggest you use UPS or U.S. Mail and insure your part for the full value to protect yourself against loss. We cannot accept returns on custom or special ordered parts. Heavily damaged items not caused during shipping transit, or exchanges beyond 30 days of original order date will not be accepted. In the event an item is damaged from shipping, a claim must be filed through UPS via Flatlander Racing. Please call us first, then further instructions will be given thereafter. DROP SHIPMENTS- Some items which are drop-shipped directly from a manufacturer may be returned directly to its origin. Again, the item must be in its original packaging and you must call Flatlander Racing before you send it back so that we can arrange for the return. A 15% restocking fee will be accessed upon the item(s) being returned only. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY All refunds for orders paid with Credit Cards will be credited to the account in which you placed the original order with.  Any CANCELLATION that has been placed and paid via CREDIT CARD is subject to a 4% NON-REFUNDABLE charge. Orders paid using money orders, bank checks, or personal checks will be refunded with our business checks.
