Acura/Honda GSR VTEC
From initial design to casting, the Pro Action™ Honda VTEC Cylinder
Head by RHS™ is designed to meet the rigorous demands of high
performance applications. Utilizing advanced airflow and cooling
technology, the RHS™ cylinder head features important design
characteristics that make it superior to the machined stock cores on
the market.
Engineered to deliver “Power by Design,” the new Pro Action™ Honda GSR
VTEC cylinder head allows the custom engine builder plenty of room to
“personalize” their head via porting (or other machining operation) to
their requirements. Pro Action™ Honda GSR VTEC heads feature optimal
port design for greater flow and spring seats designed to accommodate
oversized performance valve springs.
The all-new Pro Action™ Honda GSR VTEC aluminum cylinder head utilizes
an improved water jacket design for greater thermal conductivity and a
unique multi-angle valve seat, generating more horsepower. Best of
all, these heads incorporate a thicker deck surface for increased
rigidity, making them compatible with turbo-charging, supercharging or
nitrous installations. Constructed from high-grade aluminum, these
heads utilize improved guide material for tighter tolerances and
extended durability.
