These pulley sets on average can provide gains
of 8 to 15 HP and 6 to 10 lbs-ft on normally aspirated engines
and 10 to 18 HP and 10 to 20 lbs-ft on forced induction engines.
Higher gains can be realized on vehicles that are modified.
Many of our customers have asked for pulleys that do not underdrive
their alternators. Some audio competitions require that voltage remain
at the factory levels. With our new Stock Diameter Series, the
alternator and other accessories are left to spin at stock levels with
NO underdrive. This is also a benefit for those with aftermarket
superchargers which are designed to generate a certain boost level
with the use of the factory diameter crank pulley.
Power gains are still achieved with these billet aluminum pulleys. The
reduced rotational mass allows for more power transfer to the drive
wheels. 80% of the gains seen with our pulleys is from weight loss.
Any of our accessory pulleys that are listed individually can be used
in any combination with our crank pulley or purchased as a set. All of
our Stock Diameter Series crank pulleys are available in a natural
polished aluminum finish.
